Deborah Anne Brightstar graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology from the University of San Diego. She has been trained and certified as a coach, is a licensed Religious Science Practitioner, and since the early 1980’s has persistently invested in ongoing personal and professional development in coaching, counseling, training, teaching, speaking, sales, business and training.  Deborah has integrated a wealth of education, training and life experience with her intuition, creativity, compassion and enthusiasm to create inspiring, empowering and engaging programs that make a positive impact on people’s beliefs, behaviors and quality of life.

Since 1984, she has been facilitating personal growth work for individuals and small groups through a unique multifaceted approach that has proven to be effective for her clients. She has integrated a wealth of information, practices and techniques from her formal education, professional training as a coach and counselor and her vast life experiences in sales and business to provide a powerfully, dynamic, holistic approach to transforming people’s beliefs, behaviors, habits, health, relationships, businesses/careers, finances and quality of lives.

As a certified coach, Deborah’s passion is to help people transform beliefs and behaviors into successful habits and practices that yield the desired results for her clients. Through the coaching process she helps her clients discover the limiting beliefs that have prevented them from creating, causing and attracting the results they desire in their lives. She then guides her clients to replace the old habits of thinking and behavior with new, more effective and empowering ones. And in the process, she believes in them until they are able to believe in themselves.  Deborah helps her clients get from where they are to where they want to be in a short period of time.

Deborah has an undilutable passion and enthusiasm for assisting people through their growth, breakthroughs and transformations. She does this through her coaching, as a speaker, spiritual counselor and workshop and retreat facilitator.

As a licensed Religious Science Practitioner, Deborah has been trained to support people in a safe and confidential space to work through sensitive and vulnerable issues they are committed to transforming.  During a counseling session she guides people to talk about what is troubling them. She asks questions that assist clients in discovering what limiting or negative core beliefs may be causing them to feel the way they are or be creating the undesirable circumstances in their lives.  After helping clients uncover their negative core beliefs, she then helps them to choose more empowering beliefs that support them in releasing the unwanted conditions and attracting more desirable outcomes in their lives. This form of counseling empowers people to take responsibility for their thinking and their lives. The counseling session is completed with spiritual mind treatment otherwise known as affirmative prayer.  This form of prayer is used as a powerful tool for healing.  Deborah is available for face-to-face or phone counseling sessions for thirty or sixty minutes. 

With a creative passion for providing people with transformational growth experiences, Deborah is a skilled, experienced and creative teacher and facilitator. Since 1984, she has guided 1000’s of people through powerful and profound personal growth journeys through her workshops and retreats.  She provides a safe and fun atmosphere for people to learn, grow and express themselves.
